Do I need a website already?
No. ctrl.detail gives you a hosted booking page at ctrl.detail/{your-name}. Point your Instagram bio, Google Business profile or van decal at it - customers book without touching anything else.
How much does it cost?
Starter is £0 forever, up to 20 bookings a month. Pro is £49/month + 1% on bookings for unlimited use and your own branding. Growth is £99/month + 0.5% for multi-job operators. See the pricing page for the full breakdown.
How do card payments work?
Customers pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay at booking. Money lands in your bank next working day. Card rates start at 3.4% + 20p on Starter, 2.4% + 20p on Pro and Growth. Deposits, full payment or deposit-plus-balance - your call.
What if a customer cancels or no-shows?
Your cancellation policy is configurable. Charge the deposit on no-shows, offer free cancellation up to 24 hours out, whatever you decide. The system handles the refund or charge automatically.
Can I block out time I'm not available?
Yes. Set your working days and hours once, then drop in one-off blocks for personal stuff, school runs, other jobs. The booking page only ever shows real available slots.
Who's it built for?
Solo mobile detailers. If you're a one-person operation doing mobile detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating or interior deep cleans - ctrl.detail is built around your day. Multi-van teams will come later.
What if I outgrow it?
Your customer and job data is yours. Export any time. When you get to two vans and three detailers, we'll either have a team plan or help you migrate - either way you're not locked in.
